• PinkCore processes payments securely through third-party payment providers
• Refunds are subject to the studio's cancellation policy and our refund guidelines

6. Pricing for Studios

Studios may choose from our available pricing tiers (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Pricing details, including per-booking fees and monthly subscription costs, are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time with advance notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

Studios retain ownership of their content (photos, descriptions, class information) but grant PinkCore a license to display it on our platform.

• Classes listed will be available or meet your expectations
• Studios or instructors hold specific qualifications beyond what they represent

PinkCore is a discovery and booking platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of classes offered by studios and instructors on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during classes booked through our platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PinkCore harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
